Wednesday Run

After running 7 miles on Sunday, we have pretty much avoided most of our normal physical activity.

Monday : 10 minutes of Yoga, 15 minute walk to work
Tuesday: 25 Minutes of Strength Training

Today , we were scheduled for a 45 minute Run3/Walk 2 sequence at the gym, but since the weather was so beautiful we decided to run outside.

The workout felt pretty good after about 10 minutes into it and my body started to loosen up. The sun was hot, but in the shady areas it was just perfect. We went about 2.97 miles in 43 minutes and then stopped at the grocery store to pick up a couple things and did a short walk home.

Total distance 2.97 miles not including walk home, time 43.00 . Pace 14.28.
