Thursday Run

I made it through two long days of onsite work and was happy to leave the office early yesterday. After a much needed nap, the plan was to go to the gym and do some treadmill work, but I didn't feel like it at all. The hubby went and I stayed home. At this point, I felt guilty. I had done no exercise and had eatten a chocolate/chocolate chip muffin while working. The weather was decent, but chilly (about 50). I decided to head outside and run. The route I choice was the route the hubby and I ran before, but I decided to go up the hill we avoid the last time we ran. I did the run 3/ walk 2 method with a 2.5 minute warmup walk.

Total Distance: 3.31 miles
Total time: 45 minutes
average pace: 13:35

This is faster then the last time I did this route which was 14:42 pace.

The run was good, the cool breeze was fun to run in. I felt tired toward the end but know I would be able to walk after the runs helped.

Today is a cardio day and tomorrow a mini-strength day as I have the 5k on Sunday
