New workout material

So yesterday bagel boy and I stopped at target and purchased two workout dvds. One was another from the dollar spot from the same guy but this time it is just a basic workout. We also picked up a yoga dvd since we have to return the library one. 10 minute yoga solutions has 5 different 10 minute workouts you can put together so I thought that would be a good one to try, besides it came with a free pedometer which made bagel boy happy.

Before our trip to target , I had ordered two tapes from amazon, which came today. Quickfix - Cardio Hip-Hop Workout and The Biggest Loser Workout, Vol. 1 .

So I decided to try a bit of each today. I was having a bit of muscle pain in my shoulders today and so I thought i would try to do what I could but avoided weight work.

The yoga dvd was really good, but I am still having trouble mastering the full extent of yoga.

Cardio Hip Hop will be a good change of pace, but since i have no rhythm I doubt I will try it too often.

The Biggest Loser dvd definitely has potential. It has two cardio workouts, a bootcamp workout, a strength training workout and a cool down segment.

WIDT
Yoga Solutions 1/2 of the basic yoga segment (5 minutes) it was really hard
10 minute butt/thigh workout
10 minute flexibility and relaxation
Cardio Hiphop 1 10 minute segment

Biggest Loser 25 minute low intensity cardio workout; 10 minutes cooldown

Total work out: 70 minutes. I don't know what I was thinking. I took a bath afterword while bagelboy cooked dinner. I am feeling pretty good.

Tomorrow I am going to try to get up with bagel boy (who is going into work late tomorrow) and do a bit of yoga before work.

PS. My hair seems to be fine. I just need to be patient and realize it will never look like the hair salon.

Hair

Why is it that every time I get my haircut that I can never get it to look like the way it was when I left the hair salon. I think the first few days of most of my haircuts, I end up having a love/hate relationship with my hair and usually end up modifying the cut in some way...a trim here or there.
Is this normal? Am I weird?

I wish I just had straight hair.
