So little time

Ok so I need to figure out how to manage my time better. I have fit working out into my schedule, but I need to find time to read as well and TV is taking up too much of time time...and I know I should just turn it off, but I can't.

Today for example, I got home at 5:40 and by the time I got through with the normal evening clean up and looking at the mail. I started to get the laundry together for washing. Put the laundry in the washer and started working out by 6:15. I worked out until about 7 pausing only to put the laundry in the dryer. I showered and then started cooking dinner. I finishing dinner cooking dinner and the laundry by 8. I ate dinner and folded laundry while watching bones.

Tv until 11 then bed. (with the slight pause to blog and pay some bills online)

I am hoping some nights that there is no tv to watch so I can read.

Recap of WHAT I DID TODAY?

Drank 80 ounces of water and had to use the bathroom a zillion times.
45 minute Walk video (3 miles)
25 Crunches

Lunch option

I am always looking for easy and healthy things to have for lunch. I try not to order food very often , and since Subway stopped offering turkey as a weekly special, I have been trying frozen meals.

I usually dread the days I have a frozen meal for lunch, but today I tried something new, the lean cuisine panini. It was actually quite tasty. I had the southwest chicken variety . It came out of the microwave looking like something you could get at a restaurant. Nicely toasted and hot. It was yummy and it fills you up.

Ipod and the cold

I also learned today that the reason my ipod doesn't hold a charge for a long time might be that it is too cold.
Maybe my ipod needs a coat.

50 Book Challenge

While blog reading this morning, I found out that people have been taking the fifty book challenge.

The challenge is to read 50 books in one year. I read 30 books in a month when I was in the sixth grade and on a good month I average about 3-4 books now which puts me about on pace.

I think I am going to try it. expect to see what I am reading along with what I'm doing from now on.
