2 workouts since the last post
Actually 2 workouts in less then 12 hours. Since we didn't run yesterday morning, we decided to run last night, after the hubby got home, which means I went running at 7:30 last night. The weather was actually decent and there were no mosquitos (thank goodness) We just ran around different side streets. I felt a bit tight and a bit out of it in the beginning, but found a decent pace. I did more walking then I wanted to, but at least i did something.
Total distance 3.1 miles
Total time 48 minutes, but i backtracked a few times to make sure my hubby hadn't gotten lost. Estimated average pace, 14 minutes.
This morning at 7:20 I headed off to the gym. Why you may ask, well since the gym is only open 6am-1pm this week, I wanted to get some cardio in at the gym. I didn't really want to go. My allergies woke me up at 5 am and then I had weird dreams. Anyway I did get up and work out for about 30 minutes give or take a minute on the Elpitical Machine.
Now I feel as though I am back on track...if I can just stay there that would be good.
