Life should be back to normal now I hope

So yesterday was the event I have been working so hard on. Everything went really well, at least I was satified with the parts I had control over. I am sure there is going to be some post event clean up, but beyond that I am done. YAY.

Here is a recap of my last few days, nothing eventful.

June 7th : watched lost, I am so greatful that they are showing the whole second season during the summer so I can catch up. Did 45 minutes on the Eliptical Machine

June 8th: had bad dreams the night before, slept like crap. Trying to get things ready for the event on Friday. Stressed. 40 minutes on Eliptical.

June 9: At retreat all day, ate too much, learned some stuff, got some free giveaways, long day.
Ran on Treadmill for 40 minutes. Distance traveled 2.9 miles
watched Memoirs of a Geisha, which I really liked and would recommend.

I woke up at 10:45 this morning, hopefully going to have a relaxing day. Maybe some strength training. I think I need to houseclean as

I need to get back on track with eatting better, I have been so stressed and pmsy that i have been eatting crap all the time lately.

Events ALWAYS make me eat like crap.
You'll get back on track now that the stress and the "I need to eat whatever now before I don't have time anymore!" part is over.

Glad to see you back! I miss it when you aren't writing.
In the last phase of my career, I was involved in putting together events and how I hated it! The planning on paper goes alright if support staff is in a good mood....but sometimes the actual day of the event can go wrong in the silliest ways.

So stress means eating junk.....I used to do it too! I am sure you will get back on track. You at least kept up with your walking always fell apart!
