update

So, the exercise program is going ok.

Friday - was too tired, but had walked to work.

Saturday- 2.5 mile walk, 20 Squats, 50 crunches, 2 sets of 10 two different arm exercises.

Sunday - 75 crunches, 25 squats, rain prevented other outdoor activities as scheduled

Today- walked to work, rest

Great job! Keep up the good work!! The weather can be troubling when it comes to outdoor exercising. I am trying to figure out how to run this week, given that it will be alternating with 90 degree scorching heat and thunderstorms.
